```Duties``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience - Perform outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues - Accurately enter and update customer information in the database - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions ```Experience``` - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish - Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to assist customers, provide solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
