Technical GTM Engineer We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to build and scale the internal systems that power Jump’s go-to-market engine. You’ll design the architecture, automations, and technical workflows that enable Sales, CS, Enablement, and Product to run at top speed — turning our GTM motion into a repeatable, AI-driven machine. What we’re looking for Experience building internal tooling for Marketing and Sales in a high-growth SaaS environment Strong fluency in product event instrumentation and routing into GTM systems Hands-on experience integrating product events and customer data into CRMs (HubSpot and/or Salesforce) Strong understanding of data pipelines and sync patterns between a data warehouse and CRM Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting distributed integrations Experience implementing lifecycle automation across acquisition, activation, and retention workflows Ability to own GTM systems end-to-end: architecture, reliability, data quality, and iteration Structured, detail-oriented operator who can build, document, and maintain technical workflows that scale Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and CS What you’ll do Build and maintain internal tooling that improves Marketing and Sales velocity Own the end-to-end GTM systems stack, ensuring reliability, observability, and clean data flows Integrate product events into HubSpot and/or Salesforce to power segmentation, scoring, and automation Manage ongoing data sync between BigQuery (warehouse) and CRM systems Implement lifecycle automation to support lead/customer journeys and drive conversion and retention Build event- and webhook-driven automations across GTM workflows (routing, enrichment, attribution) Partner with Engineering/Product to define and maintain high-quality product event instrumentation Develop reporting foundations that connect product usage, lifecycle stage, and revenue outcomes Continuously improve GTM infrastructure to reduce manual work and eliminate operational friction Tech stack Backend engineering: Elixir Frontend: React APIs / CRM integrations: HubSpot, Salesforce Data warehouse: BigQuery Tracking: Google Tag Manager (GTM) Marketing infrastructure: marketing automation + lifecycle systems, attribution, routing, and enrichment tooling About Jump Jump’s mission is to empower financial advisors and their clients to thrive in the age of AI.
