Location: Austin, Texas (North Central Texas) Type: Full Time (34 hours/week) Pay: $23.00 per hour Start Date: November 1, 2025 This position is based in North Austin. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. This position is open until filled. Expected duration: Through mid-March, 2026. The Re-Elect Judge Randall Slagle campaign is currently seeking Field Organizers. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain experience in campaign operations. Field Organizers will be responsible for direct voter contact and community engagement to educate and inform voters. Responsibilities primarily include door-to-door canvassing in Justice of the Peace, Precinct Two. Essential Qualifications: ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong willingness to learn and adapt ● Timeliness in attendance to work and completion of tasks on deadline ● Ability to work in office, outdoor, and virtual environments while observing campaign ● Willingness to interact with members of the public coming from diverse backgrounds Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working or volunteering on electoral, political, or community organizing campaigns ● An understanding and appreciation of the urgent nature and time demands of campaigns ● A strong dedication to progressive values ● Reliable transportation ● Public speaking skills paired with an outgoing and personable approach Contact Send the following to amaycole95@gmail.com with the subject line “Field Organizer Application” • Resume • References • Cover Letter or Portfolio (if Applicable) •
