Location: REMOTE Salary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $90.00 USD Hourly Description: Senior Solution Architect – ServiceNow Employee Center Pro 100% Remote Contract - 6 Months, W2 only *NO C2C, 1099* - No sponsorship available About the Job We’re looking for a Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in ServiceNow Employee Center Pro to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a unified intranet experience for all associates across the enterprise. This role will be instrumental in shaping the digital employee journey—connecting people, content, and services through a scalable, intuitive portal. ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Leadership • Design and oversee the enterprise-wide implementation of ServiceNow Employee Center Pro as the central intranet platform. • Define and enforce architectural standards, governance models, and best practices for ServiceNow usage. Strategic Planning • Partner with Usability, IT, Communications, and business units to align portal capabilities with organizational goals. • Develop roadmaps for personalization, content strategy, and integration with platforms like SharePoint and Google Drive. Solution Design & Delivery • Lead solution design sessions, translating business needs into scalable ServiceNow configurations. • Optimize use of ServiceNow features including taxonomy, search, segmentation, and content delivery. Integration & Automation • Architect integrations with third-party systems and internal APIs to streamline workflows. • Leverage ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric, Creator, and IntegrationHub for automation and orchestration. User Experience & Adoption • Champion user-centric design principles to ensure intuitive navigation and personalized experiences. • Drive adoption strategies, training programs, and feedback loops to continuously improve the platform. Governance & Compliance • Establish governance for content management, access control, and data privacy. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • 8+ years in enterprise architecture or solution design. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro. Technical Skills • Expertise in ServiceNow architecture, modules, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide). • Experience with Now Experience UI Framework, Creator Pro Plus, Workflow Data Fabric, and Content Delivery. • Familiarity with REST, SOAP, SSO, OAuth, and other integration protocols. Soft Skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and influence across all organizational levels. • Strategic thinker passionate about digital transformation and employee experience.
