Location: Cabin John, MD Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $42.00 USD Hourly Description: Job Title: Data Analytics Location: 100% Remote About the Role We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to partner with our data agile teams and help amplify their impact across the organization. This role is pivotal in translating technical accomplishments into compelling narratives that resonate with senior leadership and broader audiences. You will also play a key role in supporting change management initiatives through effective stakeholder engagement and communication strategies. Responsibilities • Partner with data agile teams to continuously capture and articulate their achievements, business impact, and success stories. • Create and maintain high-quality presentations and communication materials for executive-level and cross-functional audiences. • Support organizational change initiatives by understanding stakeholder needs and tailoring communication strategies accordingly. • Act as a bridge between the Data & Analytics team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of change efforts. Minimum Qualifications • Proven experience in Data & Analytics, Enterprise Data Warehousing, and Reporting environments. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex data into engaging narratives. • Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. • Familiarity with change management frameworks and best practices. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. • Strong presentation design skills using tools like Google Slides or PowerPoint. • Background in business analysis or data storytelling. • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
