Location: REMOTE Salary: $70.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Health Rules Payer (HRP) Technical Architect This role is primarily remote but some travel to Minnesota may be involved (up to 25%) Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead two parallel workstreams: Stop Loss Modernization and Cutover Planning. This role requires deep healthcare domain expertise, strong architectural design skills, and the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams. Responsibilities: • Lead technical architecture design for the Stop Loss Modernization workstream • Define key architecture elements integrating with core admin systems and TPA partner ecosystems • Collaborate with Business Solution Architect, Stop Loss SMEs, and client stakeholders to understand future-state requirements • Design and document high-level technology solution architecture • Provide technical insights, documentation, and subject matter expertise • Lead technical planning for the Cutover Planning workstream • Collaborate with a matrixed program team (business, technology, configuration, testing, vendors) • Create and maintain a comprehensive technical cutover plan for in-scope migrations • Track tasks through go-live and ensure readiness • Provide day-to-day oversight and assignments to offshore Technical Analyst • Ensure high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction • Operate independently in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience with SDLC, including Agile and Waterfall delivery models • Proven experience developing and documenting at least one system migration cutover plan • 5+ years of experience with core admin system payer integration (preferably HealthRules Payer) • 5+ years of experience in health insurance systems and processes (claims, stop loss, enrollment, benefits, provider management) • 5+ years of experience migrating healthcare plans to new technology platforms Desired Skills: • HealthRules Payer (HRP) expertise • Familiarity with Medica Health Plan • Experience with stop loss modernization By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
