Full Description

Position We are looking for a team player to join our Community Care team as a Facilities Coordinator. This position will support the Jubilee REACH Center and Campus, Jubilee REACH Thrift Store and Warehouses, and the Jubilee REACH vehicles. This position is part-time (averaging 25 hours), workdays are Thursday to Monday, but may vary as needed. Responsibilities: • Provide care and maintenance to the buildings, grounds, and vehicles of Jubilee REACH • Tend and maintain the garden, lawn, bushes, and flower beds • General cleaning and power washing of the outdoor surfaces • Provide general care of the inside of the building at the Jubilee REACH Center • Complete repairs to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, etc., as possible • Supporting vendors and partners • Maintain the lights, windows, rooms, carpet, paint, plumbing, etc. • Deep cleaning specific areas as needed • Maintain the Jubilee REACH vehicles in a good working state: cleaning, maintenance, repairs, etc. • Supporting and operating a preventative maintenance program • Participate in the Jubilee REACH Facilities Committee • Support Community Care activities as directed Requirements: • Strong written and oral communication skills in English • Computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word) • General skills for grounds and building maintenance • Ability to work independently and as a team • Must be 18 years or older • Federal and State Background Check • A willingness to practice honesty, forgiveness, and grace to those you work with and aim to serve
