Description: At JTM, the IT Help Desk | System Admin provides support across all project team locations. From network set-up to technical support and troubleshooting. This role provides the foundation for all job functions to run seamlessly through server and technical support. This position allows for autonomy and reports to the IT Manager. The IT Help Desk | System Admin must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with diverse teams and personalities. This position requires travel in the greater Seattle area, depending on project needs. The IT Help Desk | System Admin is a non-exempt role and eligible for overtime. The hourly rate range for this position is $30.00 to $45.00 depending on direct professional experience and qualifications. The bonus target for this role is 3%-10% of annual base earnings. RESPONSIBILITIES • Troubleshoot software and hardware failures, remedy problem(s), and refer more complex problems to the IT Director. • Provide user and technical support for all devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phone, iPads, etc.), remote access, and email (Windows OS, iPad, iPhone, Android tablets and phones, hotspots, etc.) • Set up, repair, and maintain workstation computers and related equipment (set up new users, maintain security, software, and hardware updates, etc.) • Provide onsite support, equipment, and technical services for staff and organization events across several locations, as needed (audio/visual, computer, network, POS, etc.) • Assist staff in resolving equipment and software problems through discussion and diagnosis. • Collaborate with IT Team daily and work as a team to provide support across all locations. • Work with IT Director to create, review, and update technical how-to’s. • Train staff on equipment and software used. • Help manage the system’s maintenance schedules. • Manage printer supplies and repair requests via managed services. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of server rooms. • Help manage the system disaster recovery process. • Must be willing to work during an occasional weekend or after-hours coverage. Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • Must have 3+ years of related IT experience and solid background with Microsoft Software and/or MCP Certification • Intermediate-Advanced Skill Level – Windows 11 Operating System (preferred) • Intermediate-Advanced Skill Level – Microsoft Office Suite – Office 365 • Working knowledge of computer networks (LAN, WAN, and computer networking) • Demonstrate professional interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Veeam, VMWare, Windows Server, Hybrid Active Directory/Entra environment, and Cisco Meraki Networking a plus • Pass Washington State DSHS Criminal History and Background Check/Drug Test • Possess a valid Washington State driver’s license and valid automobile insurance • Have access to a dependable personal vehicle • Ability to lift 50 pounds PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
