J&T Recruitment is exclusively retained by a fast-scaling SaaS company to hire a DevOps Engineer to modernize their cloud infrastructure. Salary $170,000 – $240,000 base + bonus + equity Key Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for engineering teams Implement infrastructure-as-code practices Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes Improve monitoring, observability, and system reliability Work closely with development teams to improve deployment processes Participate in incident response and infrastructure troubleshooting Tech Stack AWS Kubernetes Docker Terraform GitHub Actions / Jenkins Prometheus / Grafana Python / Bash scripting Requirements 4+ years experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering Strong experience with AWS and containerized environments Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Strong automation mindset Interview Process (3 Stages) Recruiter Screening – 30 minutes Introductory call with J&T Recruitment discussing experience and role overview. Technical DevOps Interview – 60 minutes Discussion around CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure automation. Final Engineering Interview – 60 minutes System design discussion and culture fit with engineering leadership.
