Job Details Job Location: Detroit Sales Office (DSO) - Farmington Hills, MI 48335 Salary Range: $195,000.00 - $195,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: First Shift SUMMARY Strategize, direct and mentor the Business Development personnel, form a decisive business strategy for growth and increased profitability, seek and gain management approval for the strategy and monitor / report the efforts of subordinates in achieving the objectives of that strategy. Qualifications EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE 1. A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, business or marketing preferred. 2. Minimum of six years outside sales experience at the product development level, plus minimum 3-4 years of Sales Team Management experience at the Customer level, with a background in connectors or electronics preferred. 3. Person must have proven leadership/management skills. 4. English proficiency is required.
