Job Title: Sr. Automation Test Engineer (Contract) Location: Orange County, CA |Onsite | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Rate: $48.03–$76.85/hr | W2 Duration: Contract | Potential to Extend Department: Application Development Overview We’re seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer to lead the design, development, and execution of automated test frameworks for web and business applications. You'll play a key role in maintaining testing standards, improving software quality, and supporting agile development processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain automation test scripts using Selenium and C#. • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams throughout the SDLC. • Create and enforce testing standards and documentation. • Troubleshoot defects and performance issues in applications. • Participate in agile ceremonies and provide input on testability. • Provide mentorship on automation best practices and tools. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of QA automation experience (Selenium). • 3+ years of programming experience with C#. • Experience with Visual Studio 2019+, Git/Azure DevOps. • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle. Preferred Skills • Experience with SQL Server, SpecFlow, Jenkins, Playwright, or Cypress. • Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React). • Background in testing APIs (REST/SOAP). • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
