Johnson Service Group is looking for a dynamic and driven Entry Level Business Development Manager to join our team in the staffing industry. As a Jr. Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating relationships, and driving sales growth within our client base. JSG’s Jr. Business Development Managers are compensated with base ($44K), plus commission! Jr. Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities: • Prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our staffing services and solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing appropriate solutions. • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our services and value proposition. • Collaborate with the recruiting team to match candidates with client needs and facilitate successful placements. • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records. • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team. • Participate in regular training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. Jr. Business Development Manager Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong sales acumen with a passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. • Highly organized with excellent time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
