Project Manager Intern job at JSET Automated Technologies. Hilliard, OH. JSET Automated Technologies is an innovative and fast-based company specializing in Building Management Systems. We have grown tremendously and now we're looking for the right individuals to take it to the next level. JSET specializes in low voltage controls, more specifically installing and commissioning BMS and EPMS systems on data centers in the Columbus area. The knowledge and experience gained through this position will directly apply to future career opportunities. You will have the ability to assist and learn from experienced Project Managers. Essential Functions: • Review plans and specifications associated with the assigned projects. • Tracking the status of our vendors, general contractors, and employees • Checking the project data for accuracy • Keep the projects documentation up to date and in the correct location. • Assist the team with job costing and tracking. • Assist in writing and tracking RFIs. Qualifications • No experience required. • Must be 18+ years of age. • Valid drivers license • Prefer a college student working towards a degree in the industry but not a requirement Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to prepare and give presentations. • Organized and detail oriented. • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) • Able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines with efficiency and accuracy. • Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
