The Senior Analyst for Physical Security and Business Continuity will play a critical role in protecting the organization’s people, assets, and operations. This position is responsible for executing and supporting comprehensive physical security measures and continuity strategies that reduce risk and enhance organizational resilience. Collaborating closely with leadership and key stakeholders, the Analyst evaluates, designs, and strengthens systems and processes that safeguard both security and operational continuity. By proactively identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities, and by developing robust incident response and recovery plans, this role ensures the organization can sustain essential functions during emergencies or unexpected disruptions. This position will work onsite at our Corporate facilities in Nashville, TN; relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. Duties include but are not limited to: Ensure technology and systems are standardized to monitor threats and risks enterprise wide. This includes but not limited to liaising with HCA Physical Security to align with HCA standards for Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC) Conduct annual risk assessments to include research, design and development and implementation solutions for physical security systems, upgrades, repairs and change outs Track risks and issues, work with leadership and stakeholders to develop short- and long-term strategies to implement solutions. Support Director of EHS/Physical Security/Risk Management and Emergency Management to develop security guidelines and procedures, including Business Continuity processes at all Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) locations Review and investigate all security related incidents at MOBs (Medical Office Buildings) and POBs (Physician Office Buildings) as well as liase with property management groups on findings and prevention strategies Support Director by supplying information to leadership security and safety related issues. This includes development of metrics and reporting from EHS incident management system and other data feeds Qualifications for success include and are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree in related field, work experience may be partially substituted for education 3+ years' work experience working with Systems Security, CCTV, Emergency Management Systems, Risk Assessment, Access Controls and related software and systems as well as upgrades to those systems 3+ years' work experience inspecting and evaluating workplace environments, equipment and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as OSHA/DOT/IATA About Sarah Cannon Research Institute Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) is one of the world’s leading oncology research organizations conducting community-based clinical trials.
