Our Clinical Systems Analyst II will be responsible for analyzing and overseeing the performance, administration, troubleshooting, and customer support of the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and electronic Learning Management System (eLMS) across the SCRI Organization, including Corporate, Development Innovations (CRO), Site Management Organization (SMO), and Network Sites. This role also provides support for the administration and governance of key quality processes within the eQMS, including Non-conformance, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Deviations, Change Management, and Audit activities. This is a fully remote position based in the US; relocation assistance and sponsorship are not available. Additional accountabilities include and are not limited to: Responsibility for the oversight of Global Quality Education (GQE) Systems on-time training metrics for eQMS and eLMS This position provides a high-level knowledge of product features, functionality, and utilization of products to provide leadership with appropriate system strategies. GQE Systems Technical Support Actively conducting technical system analysis and support of the GQE Quality Management Systems, i.e. eQMS system and LMS. Completing GQE system training requirements for all supported colleagues and formatting appropriate documentation for importation into the perspective GQE system. Quality Management Support Provides primary support for audit requested documents in relation to Regulatory Body inspections, Sponsor audits, and internal audits. Completing as required NC/CAPA/Deviations/Audit escalations, as required Actively participates or leads the development and/or review of standards, policies, procedures, and work instructions to support the quality management system. Identifying areas of deficiency and trends in quality and escalating to appropriate colleagues. Qualifications for success include: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related major; work experience may be substituted for education. 3+ years' work experience focused in a Learning Management System (LMS), training design, or eQMS in a clinical research, pharmaceutical or life sciences corporation Experience should include technical knowledge related to an eQMS or LMS system. Advanced proficiency with all MS Office Products including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc Advanced proficiency and ability to analyze both technical and process-related issues and perform resolution.
