Job Description J&R Schugel is Now Hiring CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers! Earn $74,000 - $85,000 per Year • 100% No-Touch Freight - Full Benefits Operate late model trailers in our over the road Dry Van Fleet. You’ll haul general commodities with no-touch freight across the lower 48 states. As a dry van driver with J&R Schugel, you’ll experience pre-loaded drop and hook business, 3 to 1 trailer ratio, experienced dispatch and help service Fortune 500 customers. CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver Pay & Miles : \t Earn $0.55 - $0.68 CPM \t Earn $74,000 - $85,000 per year \t Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM \t CDL-A drivers average 2,200 - 2,500+ miles per week \t $500 onboarding bonus • $1,000 vacation pay \t Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver \t Detention, layover & stop pay • Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months : $0.025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3+ yrs exp.), based on miles & safe driving.
