Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per Year* - $500 Onboarding Bonus* Dedicated CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver Pay & Miles: Earn $0.625 - $0.71 CPM* Earn $78,000 - $90,000 per year** Veterans earn an additional $0.01 CPM Run 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week with flexibility to stay out longer 10-12 days out, 2 days home $500 onboarding bonus* + $1,000 vacation pay Bi-annual compensation reviews + unlimited referral incentives - $2,000 per driver Detention, layover & stop pay This dedicated fleet account operates as a self-contained fleet that has a dedicated fleet manager, dispatcher, and customer service representative. This allows the drivers, operations, and customer service team to work very closely together with open lines of communication. (*Includes monthly performance sign-on pay during your first 6 months: $0.025 CPM (under 3 yrs exp.) or $0.05 CPM (3+ yrs exp.), based on miles & safe driving.
