Our small, friendly dental practice is looking for a warm, organized, and upbeat receptionist to become an important part of our team. We’re a close group that values kindness, teamwork, and making every patient feel genuinely cared for. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, keeping things running smoothly, and being part of a supportive, family-like environment. Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm, with one or two Sundays per month. Responsibilities: • Welcome patients with a friendly smile and make them feel at ease. • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments by phone and in person. • Keep patient records organized and up to date. • Communicate clearly with team members to help the day flow smoothly. • Assist with light administrative tasks and general office organization as well as provide help to the lead dental assistant by cleaning the operatories in between patients and sterilizing instruments. • Contribute positively to our warm and cooperative office culture. Qualifications: • Friendly, reliable, and great with people. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Comfortable with computers and learning new office software. • Previous dental office experience is required. • High school diploma or equivalent required.
