Role We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement & Training Lead to drive sales productivity, skill development, and enablement across our global sales organization. This role balances hands-on sales training with strategic enablement initiatives, ensuring that our sales teams are positioned to engage customers effectively, accelerate opportunity closure, and achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strong sales onboarding programs for sales hires across North America and global markets. • Train sales teams to effectively deliver value propositions, handle objections, and move opportunities through the pipeline to closure. • Build and manage an annual global sales training calendar focused on skill development, product knowledge, and tools proficiency. • Optimize Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure data accuracy, maintain pipeline hygiene, and improve forecasting reliability. • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, process improvements, and enablement opportunities to increase sales performance. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment of messaging, tools, and resources for the sales teams. Requirements: • 7+ years of experience in sales training and enablement within higher education, edtech, or SaaS industries. • Proven success in developing and coaching sales executives into high-performing professionals. • Deep understanding of the full sales cycle, with experience coaching Account Executives on key activities to meet and exceed revenue goals. • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, with a demonstrated ability to leverage CRM data to drive enablement and performance initiatives. • Exceptional communication, coaching, and presentation skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across global markets.
