This role oversees strategic client relationships, develops and executes customer success initiatives, and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and measurable business outcomes. As a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders, the Vice President of Client Success helps clients optimize revenue cycle performance while identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and expanded partnership. Key Responsibilities Lead the Client Success function and establish strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic healthcare clients. Drive revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of additional services and solutions. Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning discussions with clients. Partner with clients to improve revenue cycle performance, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes. Oversee client health and retention strategies, proactively addressing risks and opportunities. Champion adoption of AI-enabled solutions and innovative technologies that deliver value to clients. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Serve as the voice of the customer and provide strategic feedback to support continuous improvement. Establish, track, and report on key client success metrics, including retention, satisfaction, growth, and revenue impact. Mentor and develop Client Success team members while fostering a customer-centric culture. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting, client success, sales, strategic account management, or related leadership roles. 5+ years of leadership experience managing client-facing teams. Experience working with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory organizations, or RCM service providers. Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations, including billing, coding, claims management, denials, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and revenue cycle analytics. Proven success managing executive client relationships and strategic accounts. Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth through account expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and consultative sales approaches. Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience with healthcare technology, automation platforms, AI-enabled solutions, or revenue cycle software preferred. Ability to travel up to 50%.
