Administrative Assistant – Outside Sales Are you energetic, organized, and a fast learner? Jordan River Moving is expanding and looking to add a motivated team member to our office. This role combines administrative responsibilities with outside sales, including conducting in-home visual estimates for customers. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks • Answer phones, schedule jobs, and assist customers professionally • Conduct in-home visual estimates and represent the company in the field • Build rapport with customers and provide accurate, friendly service • Support sales and operations teams as needed Qualifications: • Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) • Professional, confident, and comfortable visiting customers’ homes • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for training • Flexible schedule, with availability for longer hours during peak summer months Compensation & Benefits: • Salary position • Performance-based bonuses and sales commissions • Opportunity for growth within a growing company If you’re dependable, motivated, and excited to be part of a team that values hard work and growth, we’d love to hear from you.
