Zelken MD Plastic Surgery, led by world-renowned board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Jonathan Zelken, is seeking an experienced Front Desk Patient Concierge to join our elite team. This role is central to the patient experience, blending luxury hospitality, organizational excellence, and concierge-level customer service. Our ideal candidate is poised, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where every patient interaction matters.The Front Desk Patient Concierge is responsible for creating a five-star experience for every patient who calls, emails, or visits our office. You will manage patient flow from consultation scheduling through checkout, present surgical and medical spa quotes, educate patients on skincare and treatments, and support seamless clinic operations. This position is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of aesthetic medicine, is a natural relationship-builder, and is passionate about being the “face” of a luxury practice. Responsibilities • Deliver a Concierge-Level Experience: Warmly greet patients, answer multi-line phones, and ensure every touchpoint feels elevated and seamless. • Strong Phone Skills & Consultation Management: Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette while representing Dr. Zelken and our aesthetic providers. Accurately credential patients and seamlessly book both surgical and non-surgical consultations through Tebra, ensuring precision and efficiency at every step. • Present Quotes & Educate: Confidently present non-surgical quotes and treatment plans, educate patients on skincare options, and assist with product sales. • Support Providers: Coordinate daily schedules, assist with medical spa appointments and surgical consultations, and maintain smooth patient flow. • Patient Communication: Send appointment confirmations, pre- and post-procedure instructions, and follow up with leads to optimize the schedule. • Support Practice Operations: Assist with physician credentialing paperwork, track KPIs, prepare daily reports, and support event promotions as needed. • Maintain a Polished Environment: Ensure the reception area is immaculate, organized, and reflective of a high-end surgical practice.
