As a Customer Care Associate, you will work with our customers so that they feel valued and understood in the services that are presented to them. Whether it’s resolving technical issues, placing sales orders, answering product questions, or offering expert customer service guidance, the Customer Care Associate will serve as the frontline of communication and customer care for our company. The Customer Care Associate role will involve troubleshooting, educating, guiding, and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner about wireless and internet services. Responsibilities of a Customer Care Associate: • Handle all customer concerns and inquiries through in person communication with a clear, calm, and friendly manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively by gathering information, diagnosing problems, and offering solutions • Educate customers about our available products and services, helping them to get the most out of their sales purchase and experience • Assist customers with analyzing recommended solutions, making recommendations, placing sales orders and troubleshooting technical issues • Build rapport with customers, creating positive customer experiences by personalizing sales and customer service interactions, as well as with fellow Customer Care Associates Customer Care Associate Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service role is a plus • Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people • Team player to work with our team of individuals • Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently • Ability to commute to the office location • Genuine interest in helping others and customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
