Manage system implementations including on-site installations, hardware staging, training, and coordinate with project managers and customers on escalations and deliverables.
Requires 2+ years in professional services, understanding of training and implementation, strong customer service focus, communication skills, problem-solving, and a valid driver’s license.
Description: • Responsible for system implementations, on-site installations, hardware staging, and training. • Work closely with Project Managers on project deliverables. • Maintain communication with customers and internal departments on incidents that are escalated. • Address escalations from other departments. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience in a professional services role • Understanding of training and implementation processes • Implementation experience with a strong focus on customer service • Ability to communicate technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving skills • Experience with Healthcare, Senior Living, or Food Service is a plus. • A valid Driver’s License is required for this position.
