WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, the ERP Program Manager joins our expanding professional services team in the Eastern North America time zone to support global delivery of services. With our iMetal implementation projects increasing in both size and quantity as we grow, this role provides essential coordination and execution of these projects while helping coordinate the resources required on our part and on the part of our customers. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Delivery Execute assigned implementation projects within scope, goals, timelines and budget while proactively managing any changes in project scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans Manage and prioritize multiple assigned projects concurrently with clear direction for executing the statement of work Track project financials and report any fluctuations between projected and actual costs, coordinating billing and 3rd party costs with finance team Provide regular project status updates and resource requirement forecasts to the Professional Services Manager Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong working relationships by providing excellent customer care throughout the implementation lifecycle Drive collaboration between internal/external functional teams and clients to achieve milestones and deliverables Regularly provide status reports on project progress to the client and JMS leadership team Communicate effectively with clients and senior leadership to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions Process Implementation & Standards Implement established configuration/implementation/change control processes and procedures consistently across assigned projects Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement of Programme Management processes to the Professional Services Manager Follow the JMS project rollout plan based on standard methodologies to deliver client solutions efficiently and effectively Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with other JMS teams to support client relationships, manage client expectations, and adjust work products and resources as needed for project success Facilitate project handovers between departments through lifecycle management Organize and chair project meetings, raising and progressing actions for assigned projects Collaborate with Development, Technical, and Customer Services teams to resolve project-specific issues Implementation Support & Guidance Provide expert guidance to address critical or outstanding issues impacting assigned implementations, escalating to Professional Services Manager when necessary Attend on-site meetings when required with flexibility in working hours to attend meetings across global time zones Project Coordination & Execution Execute assigned iMetal implementation projects ensuring adherence to established quality standards and methodologies Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex ERP implementations under Professional Services Manager guidance Support the Professional Services Manager in capacity planning by providing accurate project status and resource requirement forecasts Quality Assurance & Documentation Ensure assigned implementations meet established quality standards and compliance requirements Maintain documentation standards for all project deliverables and processes as defined by the Professional Services Manager Implement quality gates and review processes throughout assigned project lifecycles Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and report on key performance indicators for assigned project delivery and client satisfaction to the Professional Services Manager Provide data and insights to support the Professional Services Manager's strategic decision making and resource planning Document lessons learned and best practices from project delivery for knowledge sharing across the Professional Services team Escalate trends, risks, and opportunities identified in assigned projects, including team performance insights Key Skills & Experience: Essential Requirements: Degree-level education or equivalent required with industry experience considered as an alternative 5+ years of program management with proven experience managing software implementations and project teams Experience with project management tools such as Zoho Projects, SmartSheet or similar platforms Demonstrated experience in team selection, management, and performance evaluation within project environments Proficient technical understanding of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies Authorization to work in the EU, North America and MEAP regions Full clean driving licence for domestic and international travel requirements Preferred Qualifications: Agile Project Management qualification Experience in the metals industry or comparable vertical markets Fluent in written and spoken English, with Spanish or French language skills advantageous Technical Competencies: Strong general computer literacy, including back-office Internet applications Ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development processes and integration technologies Understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices Experience with Google Workspace and project management tools Personal
