Job Description: Brief Summary of the job: The Associate Project Manager oversees and drives multiple client projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams—including designers, developers, sales representatives, and implementation consultants—the Associate Project Manager coordinates all phases of the project lifecycle, from kickoff and requirements gathering to design review, content publishing, testing, and final deployment. Success in this role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines, set clear expectations, maintain accountability, and ensure quality standards are consistently met across all deliverables. Responsibilities: Define and confirm project goals, scope, and objectives in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. Lead client communications and meetings throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment and clarity. Set and manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, approvals, and milestones. Provide consultation and guidance on best practices for implementation and system adoption. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and desired outcomes. Develop, track, and adjust project plans and schedules to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Manage multiple projects concurrently across various product lines or service areas. Identify and communicate potential opportunities for account growth or additional services. Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams through established channels and project management tools. Oversee post-launch activities, including short-term client support and smooth transition to long-term account or support teams. Regularly report on project progress, key milestones, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, status reports, and onboarding materials. Qualifications: Highly effective communication, time management and organization skills 2-5 years of experience with project plan development and management experience 2-5 years of experience working in technology / web Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships Effective problem solving skills Independent thinker & self-starter. Detail and action-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
