Role Description This is a remote role done on your time for Independent Representatives in a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) organization. The role involves promoting and selling company products or services, recruiting and mentoring new representatives, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include networking and maintaining communication with both the company and your team members. The position offers flexibility and independence in managing your schedule and business operations. Commissions and bonuses are paid up to 7 different ways, from basic % of sales to dream team bonuses, and CHECK MATCHES. Many IR's do this as their side hustle until they have built a large team. Qualifications preferred but not necessary to be successful • Experience in customer relationship management and team collaboration • Basic understanding of marketing principles and networking strategies • Self-motivation and ability to work independently while meeting goals • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Prior experience in MLM or direct selling is a plus • Access to reliable internet service and basic digital tools
