This is a field-based role available in the United States. Purpose: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting in training FSO and Operations teams executing the best-in-class standards in collaboration with operations managers and site leads to ensure appropriate resources are available and balanced throughout the US market utilizing a connected network approach. This individual will support the overall Field Sales Network culture, vision and mission to empower and help drive optimal inventory levels in conjunction with the Hospital Operations teams and collaborating with enabling technology team for ongoing Move Medical enhancements. You will be responsible for: • Help identify additional needs to support FSO and Operations teams to facilitate a streamlined transition to new JnJ SAAS partner, Move Medical. • Assess individual training needs, create and refine sales tools and resources to schedule ongoing live and virtual workshops to improve workplace performance and align with FSN goals and objectives. • Facilitate and execute to the full rollout schedule for the FSN. • Maintain and update all standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all Field Sales Network sites. Ongoing change management efforts. • Physical and digital mapping, infrastructure setup, procuring supplies for implementation. • Provide hypercare and sustainability efforts for the network. • Create best practices for day-to-day outbound logistics expertise to support the Field Selling Organization and enable future capabilities for additional sites. • Work with site leads and operations managers to support onsite inventory audits. • Utilize tray turn and Bluetooth processing data from Project Invisible to eliminate waste and create better forecasting for set needs and on call demand. • Employ analytics including ELogic and SAP to refine inventory management and utilization of assets across connected network and a refocused entitlement model to drive local FSO conversations on trunk stock and excess consignment. • Connect in depth with business partners and be seen as a trusted advisor to provide strategic financial insights while influencing the decision-making process. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent degree, preferred EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Required: • A minimum 3 years of related work experience • Leadership, Training and/or people management • Clear understanding of Standard Procedures and ability to modify, update and train to them • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel Preferred: • Move Medical knowledge • Background in healthcare and/or central services • Experience building reports with visualization programs, e.g., PowerBI and/or Tableau. • Experience Working in highly regulated industries. • Public Speaking • Agile operations ability and capability to manage or support projects • Sales or Sales support role experience in Trauma, Spine or Joint Recon • Project Management Certification/Experience Other: • 50% domestic travel to sites as needed is required. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $77,000-$124,200 Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
