Given the global scope and complexity of Johnson & Johnson's facilities-ranging from manufacturing sites and warehouses to offices and laboratories-the Director will leverage extensive J&J knowledge and technical expertise to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. This individual will ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, while supporting the organization's broader strategic goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception through closeout, ensuring projects deliver scope, quality, and safety standards on time and within budget. • Provide proactive communication to stakeholders via Sponsor and Steerco updates, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels. • Coordinate project-related activities, including design, execution, and closeout, working closely with project controls leads, project managers, and stakeholders. • Collaborate with senior leadership to resolve program conflicts and address potential issues proactively. • Manage customer interactions, project portfolio delivery aligned with KPIs, and contractor relationships to ensure seamless execution. • Drive the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects and regions. • Oversee multiple projects or a regional portfolio, ensuring consistent delivery and adherence to organizational standards. • Foster engagement with stakeholders and promote a collaborative approach to project management. • Foster engagement with stakeholders and promote a collaborative approach to project management. • This position requires a strategic leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of overseeing complex or multiple projects and delivering exceptional results across diverse teams and regions.
