This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to drive innovation and excellence. How you will do it Lead engineering efforts and act as the primary technical contact for strategic opportunities. Develop comprehensive application solutions and accurate cost estimates. Ensure systems are applied effectively to meet customer requirements. Review bid specifications and prepare exception documentation. Support National Account Managers with bid responses and functional specs. Collaborate with Sales and Business Operations to prepare project estimates. Ensure compliance with JCI policies and procedures throughout project execution. Provide technical support during system startup and ensure field teams understand system intent. Audit installed systems for revision control and customer support readiness. Participate in beta testing and evaluation of new systems and subsystems. Assist with product demos, industry events, and exhibitions. What we look for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated systems design, pricing, and implementation. Expertise in access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and CCTV systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High proficiency in PC usage and technical tools. Knowledge of project management, database connectivity, LAN protocols, and serial communications. Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 to $107,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
