As a Medical Office Assistant for Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, you'll: • Provide excellent customer service to our patients at JHCP in Edgewater, MD. • Receive incoming and make outbound telephone calls to schedule appointments, process patient medication refills, process referrals, and take messages for the providers. • Check patients in and out, collect copays, and respond to patient messages. • Verify insurance and collect demographics. What You'll Need to be Successful: • High School Diploma or GED required. • 2+ years experience in healthcare or customer service preferred. • EPIC experience is very helpful! Salary Range: Minimum $0/hour - Maximum $0/hour.
