Title: Probate Paralegal (Remote) Location: Georgia (Must be US-based, could live elsewhere if you have experience in Georgia) Salary: $60,000 - 85,000 Annually Depending on Experience About Johannesmeyer & Sawyer, PLLC Celebrating 15 years as a prestigious estate planning and real estate law firm, we are excited to add a remote Probate Paralegal with experience in Georgia to our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a Paralegal who is looking for a balance of litigation and transactional work. Benefits • 3 Weeks PTO + all firm-observed holidays • Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance • A matching 401K once eligible • Cell phone reimbursement Requirements • 5+ years of probate experience, including at least 1 year of Georgia probate experience • Tech-savvy and proficient in both Microsoft Office & Google Workspace Responsibilities • Support 1-2 Attorneys on Georgia probate matters, including both contested and non-contested matters • Review estate planning documents • Manage interaction with clients directly, including coordinating the signing of forms between the firm and clients Bonus Experience • Contested probate experience • Litigation experience • Estate planning experience • Experience with Wealth Counsel and Clio Please note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not representative of all responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
