Experience in catering supervision, client service, sales, and offsite event management; familiarity with catering software and QuickBooks preferred.
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Catering Director to join our team! Must have experience in supervising corporate and special events, deliveries, sales and detailing. Offsite experience preferred. Will need to acquire chauffeurs license and medical card if hired. Must be able to load and unload catering vehicles prior to and after events. Caterese or other catering software and/or QuickBooks helpful. Must be energetic, friendly and able to handle stress situations with confidence and a smile. Qualifications: • Ability to provide exceptional client service. • Ability to sell Catering services. • Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Must have a strong understanding of catering operations. • An associate’s degree in catering or food service strongly preferred. • Ability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and Holidays.
