## Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the dealership's automotive sales transactions. ## Responsibilities - Conduct credit analysis and secure financing for customers - Present and sell financing options, aftermarket products, and extended service contracts - Negotiate with financial institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs - Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to automotive finance - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the financing process - Utilize financial software for accurate loan processing and contract completion ## Requirements - Proven experience in upselling financial products within a dealership setting - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for customers and the dealership - Proficiency in credit analysis, loan processing, and financial services - Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients - Ability to use 10 key typing efficiently for data entry purposes Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
