SUMMARY We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our Administration team. This role provides general office support through a wide variety of clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing mail distribution, maintaining supplies, and assisting with additional administrative duties as needed. Benefits • Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance • Life & Disability Insurance • 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match • Paid Vacation ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Duties include, but are not limited to: • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff member or department. • Communicate with callers in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner; minimize hold times and offer voicemail options when necessary. • Take accurate messages, including caller name, time, reason for call, and return number; deliver messages promptly. • Provide general information to callers such as company address, directions, fax numbers, and website details. • Update and distribute the company telephone roster. • Greet and direct all visitors upon arrival. • Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail; manage routing of publications. • Coordinate pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.). • Assist with various clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating as needed.
