We’re hiring a sharp, driven Client Engagement Associate to join our client team to help fuel our continued growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with our leadership to identify and engage prospective clients, build meaningful relationships, and help secure new executive search engagements across our primary disciplines. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who’s energized by business development, strategic outreach, and understanding how digital infrastructure and electricity will shape future. You’ll gain exposure to CEOs, founders, and global investors—while learning the inner workings of high-stakes leadership hiring. Support New Business Opportunities • Research companies and capital providers. Identify market trends to reach out to prospective clients in data centers, power generation, and grid infrastructure. • Support lead generation campaigns, including outreach messaging and follow-ups. Strategic Outreach • Craft thoughtful, well-researched emails and LinkedIn posts. • Speak with industry leaders about hiring needs and hiring trends. • Assist in scheduling and preparing for introductory calls with new prospects. • Maintain CRM tools and track engagement activity. Delivery Team Collaboration • Coordinate with recruiters and researchers to understand client needs and position our services effectively. • Help develop presentations that demonstrate our value. Qualifications: • 1–3 years of sales experience is a must. • Strong research and communication skills • You enjoy digging into a new industry or companies. • Poised, professional communication style and comfortable engaging with senior executives. • Tech-savvy and resourceful: LinkedIn, CRM tools, Canva, and AI platforms. • Interest in executive search, AI digital infrastructure, and power generation. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree.
