In this role will work closely with a team member to support executive searches for c-suite, senior leadership, and niche technical roles; diving deep into AI Infrastructure and Energy. This is an ideal role for someone early in their executive search career who wants to gain hands-on experience. You'll be trusted with meaningful work and given a front-row seat to how leadership decisions shape the future economy. • Research companies, investors, and candidate population to inform search strategies. • Identify and engage with c-suite, senior-leadership, and niche technical talent using on-line tools and our internal database. • Daily candidate sourcing by writing compelling emails, leaving clear voicemails, and conducting thoughtful conversations. • Daily candidate outreach, phone screens, and presenting candidates. • Collaborate with team to prepare presentations. • Work on multiple search projects, managing timelines and supporting delivery. • Keep databases organized and our search documents clean and client ready. Qualifications • 2–6 years of experience in sales, account management, or recruiting. • A love for deep dives and connecting dots, research is your superpower. • Strong writing skills and a knack for clear, professional communication. • Tech Skills: Canva, Word, Excel, Outlook. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting with a collaborative team. • Bachelor’s degree • Title may change to reflect experience level.
