Full Description

The Director of Analysis and Operations is a key cross-functional leader responsible for delivering actionable insights, driving implementation excellence, and enabling operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role bridges strategy and execution by providing analytical support for pricing, sales forecasting, and financial planning, while also coordinating key cross functional projects across departments such as sales, marketing, IT and operations. This leader will work closely with the COO, VP Information Technology, VP Business Development, VP Marketing, Director Client Relations, Director of Health and Wellness Operations and CFO to align priorities, optimize performance, and accelerate growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Decision Support Partner with the COO, VP Business Development and CFO to support data-driven decisions through robust pricing analysis, sales forecasting, and FP&A modeling. Support Business Development, Marketing, and Client Relations teams by providing pricing models, revenue projections, proposal input, and onboarding readiness analyses that ensure alignment between commercial opportunities and operational capacity. Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments. Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate business scenarios, investment decisions, and operational performance. Operational Implementation & Project Management Serve as a key driver of operational implementation across the sales-to-service lifecycle, ensuring seamless handoffs and efficient execution. Translate strategic initiatives into executable project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and accountability. Collaborate with Shared Support Teams (e.g., IT, Credentialing, HR, Compliance) to align implementation plans across both JobSiteCare and WorldClinic divisions. Provide project management support to drive execution on cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, process improvements, and systems rollouts. Act as the operational liaison for technical initiatives (e.g., EHR, CRM, workflow automation), providing business context and requirements while deferring system ownership and architecture to IT leadership. Cross-Functional Coordination & Prioritization Help the COO prioritize initiatives across sales, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals and resource constraints. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency. Track and report on initiative progress, risks, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership expectations. Support creation and maintenance of tools to support operational governance, including initiative tracking dashboards, cross-functional KPI scorecards, and coordination of leadership review cadences. Finance & Planning Support Collaborate with the CFO and finance team to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Support finance team with contract review and client invoicing. Assist in the development of financial models and business cases for strategic decisions. Provide analytical support for investor and board reporting as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, or consulting, ideally in healthcare or a high-growth startup environment. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and pricing analysis. Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and driving operational execution. Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple departments to drive organizational initiatives and improve operational outcomes, preferably in a healthcare services environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). A bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Physical and General Requirements: · Able to sit for several hours at a time with periodic breaks · Ability to use fine motor skills to operate computers, office equipment and/or machinery. · Visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading.
