We're working with one of the most respected names in the insurance industry-a global leader known for innovation and impact. This opportunity is based in the vibrant city of Chicago, IL, with hybrid flexibility (four days in-office). They're hiring a Director & Actuary to lead a growing team and drive financial strategy across a diverse product portfolio including healthcare, supplemental, dental, and life insurance. This is a high-visibility leadership role, ideal for someone with their FSA designation and a strong background in STAT reporting. Highlights: • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning • Manage a team of 3 actuaries • Oversee a $3B budget and present insights to senior leadership • Support product development and portfolio management • Collaborate across U.S. and international business channels What They're Looking For: • 10+ years of actuarial experience • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, STAT, and Tax regulations • Strong leadership and communication skills • Proficiency in Moody's AXIS • FSA + MAAA credentials; qualified to sign as Appointed Actuary Please only apply if you are local to Chicago or open to relocating and fit the requirements!
