Technical Project Manager - React We re looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead React framework initiatives and manage the React WebUI Center of Excellence (COE). This role combines technical expertise with strong project management and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of React framework components. Drive the vision and strategy for the React WebUI COE. Act as the primary point of contact for technical and project-related queries. Establish governance, guidelines, and reusable component libraries for enterprise-wide adoption. Define project milestones, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder alignment. Facilitate communication between multiple teams and resolve dependencies effectively. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration. Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and reports to leadership. Qualifications: 10+ years software development experience • 4+ years in technical project management or software engineering. • Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and web architecture. • Solid understanding of web architecture, APIs, and modern development practices. • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
