Project Management: • Plan, execute, and deliver front-end development projects within scope, timeline, and budget. • Define project milestones, manage risks, and ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Technical Leadership: • Collaborate with architects and developers on front-end frameworks (React, Angular). • Review technical designs and ensure best practices in UI/UX, performance, and accessibility. • Stakeholder Management: • Act as the primary liaison between business teams, designers, and developers. • Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies effectively to leadership. • Quality Assurance: • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and compliance with security standards. • Oversee testing strategies (unit, integration, and UI testing). Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong understanding of front-end technologies: Angular, Node, Typescript, Monorepo • Knowledge on various testing frameworks like JEST, Cucumber, Storybook • Familiarity with API integration, RESTful services, and responsive design principles. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms AWS (CloudFormation, Lambda, S3, IAM roles, DynamoDB, Glue) is a must. • Experience with Agile/Scrum project management tools (Jira, Confluence). • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge on Python will be a plus Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience as a Front-End Developer or Technical Lead. • Exposure to performance optimization, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility. • PMP or Agile certification is desirable.
