Job Title: Appian Developer Location: Remote Employment Type: Contract This is ONLY W2 positon Lob Summary We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer with a strong background in Appian software design, web development, and modern design languages. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering scalable, efficient, and high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and implement Appian-based applications and solutions. • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. • Build and maintain web applications using modern design languages and frameworks. • Ensure best practices in application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues efficiently. • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members when needed. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of overall software development experience. • Strong expertise in Appian software design and development. • Proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, JSON). • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
