Job Title: Software Developer (C# & Delphi) Senior Location: Hybrid 2 Days a week onsite in West Palm Beach or Miami Office Job Type: Perm Full-Time Salary: $100K to $140K + Solid Benefits Job #: 7360 Representing an esteemed client in multimodal logistics, you ll maintain mission-critical Delphi systems and deliver new services in C#/.NET modernization with minimal risk. Responsibilities • Stabilize, extend, and document core Delphi applications. • Deliver new LOB features/services in C#/.NET. • Implement secure auth flows and service-to-service patterns. • Improve performance/reliability; write support runbooks and notes. • Collaborate on data exchange with integration engineers. • Contribute to reviews, tests, and safe, incremental modernization. Requirements • 5+ years professional development, including substantial Delphi expertise. • Strong C#/.NET experience shipping production features/services. • OOP/design patterns and secure coding practices in real systems. • REST/JSON/XML integrations and production support experience. • Comfortable navigating legacy code while reducing risk. Preferred Experience • Logistics/transport workflows and partner/carrier integrations. • Epicor (EDI), Descartes, or similar logistics platforms. • Manifest data quality improvements and exception workflows.
