We are seeking a Software Asset Management (SAM) Administrator / Information Systems Coordinator to manage software licensing, system access, application inventories, and support cross-functional teams with business systems operations. This role supports the software lifecycle, user administration, system documentation, and coordination across multiple platforms. Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) • Software license tracking, renewals, audits, and compliance • Systems Administration: user roles, permissions, and access control • Familiarity with construction/engineering platforms (Revit, Primavera, Bluebeam, Spectrum, Accubid, etc.) • Understanding of system integrations (ERP, BIM, project management tools) • Workflow and process improvement • Ability to work with IT, business units, and SMEs • Strong communication skills (technical + non-technical users) • Project coordination and documentation experience • Onboarding support for software tools • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail with inventories and compliance logs. Core Responsibilities: • Maintain a centralized software and application inventory • Manage procurement, renewals, tracking, and compliance for all software licenses • Administer user access, permissions, and role assignments • Coordinate project setup, triage, and issue tracking with internal teams and vendors • Support system integrations and ensure consistency across platforms • Work with Automation teams to streamline and optimize workflows • Collaborate with IT on software installations and deployments • Configure onboarding packages and maintain system documentation • Partner with SMEs to maintain standardized IS practices across departments Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume along with contact details (email and phone number) for consideration
