The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced financial applications, trading systems, and analytics platforms. You will play a crucial role in implementing scalable solutions and optimizing our core trading and risk management systems. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance Python-based applications for trading, risk management, and market data analysis. • Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust software solutions. • Design and implement data collection, processing, and storage pipelines, ensuring data integrity and security. • Integrate with external trading platforms, APIs, market data feeds, and other financial systems. • Enhance existing systems with new features, performance improvements, and automation. • Conduct code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high code quality standards. • Stay updated on industry trends, financial regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to capital markets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field. • 5+ years of development experience with a strong focus on Python. • In-depth knowledge of capital markets, financial instruments, trading architectures, and workflows. • Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Hands-on experience with financial data APIs, FIX protocol, and market data feeds. • Familiarity with quantitative modeling, algorithms, and financial analysis. • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure), containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: • Exposure to C++, Java, or other languages used in trading systems. • Knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling techniques. • Experience with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop.
