Whether you're an experienced professional or just starting your career, we have a place for you: Role: SAP Basis with Solution Manager Location: Charlotte, NC ( Remote, 1st one week onsite later Remote ) Experience: 13+Years Need Role Overview Seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong skills in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 to support system administration, upgrades, monitoring, and performance across complex SAP landscapes. Key Responsibilities: SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations. Manage Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, EWA, Managed System Setup). Perform HANA DB administration, backups, and performance tuning. Execute system refreshes, kernel upgrades, support packs, and transport management. Troubleshoot system issues, logs, dumps, and performance bottlenecks. Required Skills 10+ years of SAP Basis experience. Strong expertise in SolMan 7.2. and Retrofit/chaRM Experience with S/4HANA, HANA DB, and NetWeaver systems. Good OS (Linux/Unix) knowledge and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
