Our client, Prohires, is seeking a Peoplesoft Business Analyst specializing in Accounts Receivable and Billing. The role involves analyzing user requirements, performing cost/benefit analysis, and implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules while collaborating with a large remote team. Responsibilities • Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. • Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system. • Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports. • Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. • Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. • The candidate must have experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules and must excel in gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and mapping data to and from legacy systems and third-party interface systems. • The candidate must have hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules as a functional business analyst, as well as core business analyst skills, including conducting meetings to identify requirements, system documentation, and performing end-to-end system testing. • Other duties may be assigned based on project needs, and some off-hours may be required depending on the project phase. • The qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with a large remote team. • Other duties include documentation, performing hands-on system testing, supporting training efforts, and other project tasks as needed.
