Job Title : Release Train Engineer Location : Saint Paul, MN W2 CONTRACT ROLE ONLY Job Description: Jira / Jira Align Managing backlogs, tracking team progress, dependencies, and PI planning. Azure DevOps (ADO) For work item tracking, release pipelines, and reporting. Roles & Responsibilities Facilitate ART events such as PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and Scrum of Scrums. Drive Agile Release Train processes and ensure alignment with SAFe principles. Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, Scrum Masters, and other stakeholders to ensure successful program execution. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments across teams. Coach Agile teams and leaders in Lean-Agile mindset, practices, and roles. Maintain transparency and alignment via clear reporting on ART performance, delivery metrics, and PI objectives. Manage and optimize the flow of value through the ART using tools like Kanban systems, metrics, and flow visualization. Support continuous improvement by facilitating team and program-level retrospectives and action plans.
