Position: Project Business Coordinator - V Location: Richardson, Texas Duration: Contract Job ID: 170022 Job Overview: The Project Business Coordinator - V will play a critical role in supporting project management activities, including compiling project status reports, coordinating schedules, managing meetings, and assisting with technical problem troubleshooting. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, data analysis, and superior presentation skills. Responsibilities: • Compile project status reports and coordinate project schedules. • Manage project meetings and assist with technical problem troubleshooting. • Assist in project communications and issue straightforward communications to limited audiences. • Work under supervision to coordinate specific components and project work activities. • Compile data to complete various reporting deliverables using client tools. • Support the Project Manager (PM) in coordinating information for project design and planning. • Document and track results of discussions, project planning sessions, risk mitigation plans, and modifications to project plan documents. Qualifications: • Proficiency in project management, including data and KPI analysis. • Excellent presentation skills with superior handling of Google Slides. • Strong skills in Google Suites and Microsoft Suites. • Ability to work in a high-paced environment with ever-changing directives. • Independent thinker capable of working with minimal guidance. • Prior experience in the telecommunications space is a plus.
