Job Description ECS is seeking a Pricing Analyst to work remotely . ECS, a world-class government contractor, is looking for an experienced GovCon Pricing or Finance professional who can be a significant contributor to our exciting and continued growth. The right candidate will: • Primarily lead pricing efforts in the $5-25m range, but must also be able to assist on efforts of greater size and complexity as needed over time. • Lead teams in responding to pricing requirements and deliverables where ECS is a subcontractor to another vendor. This includes initial rate development, target rate analysis, and ownership of any sealed package requirements. • Serve as the Pricing SME and provide guidance and counsel on all aspects of cost proposal preparation, including the written narrative, during the proposal process. • Work closely with Capture/Business Development, Contracts, Purchasing, Human Resources and Operations to ensure accuracy of Basis of Estimate (BOE) and Bill of Materials (BOM). • Assist capture teams in the development of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and staffing profiles, as needed. • Interact with subcontract teammates to ensure data call(s) responses are timely, compliant, and competitive. Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Required Skills General Description of Benefits • 2-3+ years of GovCon proposal, pricing, and/or finance experience • Experience leading pricing efforts >$5m in value • General knowledge of all contract types • Must have significant experience at an advanced level with Microsoft Excel • Functional knowledge of FAR, DFARs and CAS • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
